Scholarship Application Form

Through a generous grant from the Maurice Romy Foundation, The Mütter Museum is offering scholarships for class visits .

Each scholarship includes:

Bus transportation
Admission for up to thirty students
A guided tour of the Museum
A forty-five minute Mütter Lesson

Middle and high school teachers at schools in Philadelphia can apply for scholarships on behalf of their classes. Awardess will be chosen based on demostrated student financial need and a statement from the teacher.

Applications are due by November 31, 2008. Award decisions will be made in December of 2008, and vists will take place from January through May.
