The Section on Public Health creates a forum for deliberation of relevant issues in public health, and provides information for the development of health policy.  The Section brings together public health professionals from all across the region to study public health problems and assess potential responses. Section events are listed on the College's Calendar of Events. The Section is chaired by James D. Plumb, MD.

Membership in the Section is open to everyone.  Section Members pay dues which go towards the cost of programming and mailings to its members:

$20 - Student

$35 - Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia

$35 - Regular Member

$150 - Organization (Up to 5 individual memberships)
